| The EPC’s that we have contracted to undertake are drawn from three separate sources: |

1) Exclusive access to work from panel for High Street Estate Agency chains. |

2) Social Housing Sector contract work |

3) Instructions from a network of Solicitors and independent estate agents. |
|

| In total the projection for the number of instructions is in excess of 50,000 per annum for the next two years. |

| We already have an established network of DEA’s and HI’s to work with us on these contracts but with the increasing volume being offered to us from these contracts we would like to invite additional candidates to join our ranks. |

| PROinspect was set up to participate in the energy assessment arena. |
