Designed with you in mind, the PROinspect Newtork Portal will allow you to log in via a password protected area and instruct a selected Home Inspector to undertake an inspection. Via a white label product, you can offer a Home Inspector Service.As part of the transaction process you will have access to the information pack and be able to see what stage the pack is at.
Solicitors
Once HIPs become mandatory in June 2007, Solicitors will be ideally placed to include a Home Condition Report with the documents they normally compile and produce HIPs. Estate Agents will be able to select you from their preferred list and this closer relationship will build a more professional service for all involved.
Home Inspectors
The PROinspect Network Portal will have a whole host of advantages to Home Inspectors.
